Marysville Family Vision

By far the best staff and doctor I've been too!! The receptionist is amazing and super sweet!! The doctor was super nice and did extremely amazing with my 6 year old!! I'd definitely drive 45 minutes again each time I need new glasses to come here!!

First of all I almost never write a review but I feel compelled to save other people the wasted time and money. Don't bother with this place! I've received 3 pairs of faulty lenses from this place. I went somewhere else today and found out the prescription I got last year isn't even the right prescription for me. I've been having headaches and blurred vision for the last year and thought it was something wrong with my eyes only to find out the prescription is completely off. My last 2 pairs of lenses peeled after the 6 month mark and these people refused to help me because it was past the 6 months. This place is a total waste of money. Their prices are very high and quality is very low. I'll never go back.

Dr. Shah is very pleasant and knowledgeable but the prices there have increased more and more since she bought the practice a few years back. My glasses cost twice what my daughter's did last year (exact same features on them I.e. glare reduction, scratch resistance, blue light filter) when she went to another doctor in Marysville. This year I went somewhere else and got two pairs for not much more than I paid for the one pair at Marysville Family Vision. I went here for over ten years but I can't pay the prices she charges anymore when I can get a similar product for about half the price.

Always have had a great experience! UPDATE: I went in recently to pick up a new pair of glasses. My old pair had broke and I asked Pam if she could replace the wire that held the optical in place. I came in later to pick it up, and they did it for free. I noticed later that she had also replaced the nose bridge pads which had looked pretty disgusting after years of use. Thanks you so much!! Highly recommended

I love love love this office! They are so sweet and help with any needs you have! (And they have such cute frames!!) I will most definitely be coming back in the future!!

I had an eye exam here and had a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and Dr. Shah is so kind and professional. I definitely recommend this office!

Been going there for years. Everyone in the office is compassionate, caring and there to help! Doc is very thorough and takes the extra time to double check everything if needed. Would recommend them to all!
