Meijer Optical

We had an exceptional experience at Meijer Optical with Dr. Wagner. After being with our prior eye doctor for many years, we decided to make a change as both my husband and I were still having issues with our vision. Dr. Wagner took the time to thoroughly assess both my husband and I, addressing issues we hadn't been told about before. My husband has worn contacts for over 20 years, but changes that were made by his prior eye doctor resulted in blurred vision. Dr. Wagner patiently corrected the problem, allowing him to try various contacts until finding the perfect fit. The assistance in choosing glasses was also outstanding. We're definitely returning and highly recommending Meijer Optical - a comfortable and informative environment. I also had an incredible experience; Dr. Wagner and the staff made us feel at ease throughout.

2-3 wait for glasses, a bit much, but zero communication in regard to the addional week delay, unacceptable. Would not recommend

Terrible experience here. Been waiting 5 weeks for contact lenses, still no end in sight. (prices are also considerably higher than my previous provider) Update - it's now been 7 weeks - still waiting for contacts.

Yeah, don't go here. Ordered glasses from them 2 months ago (they said 2-3 weeks before arrival) then they got lost in the mail, which obviously isn't their fault but still annoying. Then they re-ordered them, it's been 2 weeks since then and they haven't called or updated me since and when I call them they don't answer half the time or say "they'll get back to me". Paid $400 and at this point I just want a refund because 2+ months for glasses is crazy.

I absolutely loved my experience here! Ruth was so kind and helped me find lenses that fit within my budget.
