I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Jackson Eye Care. Over the years, I have consistently been satisfied with their frames and services. If I am unable to find a suitable frame, the staff utilizes computer software to assist me in finding the perfect match. I have never left the store questioning my frame selection. The employees are extremely professional and courteous. On one occasion, I accidentally sat on my glasses, and the staff promptly repaired the screws and adjusted the frames for me. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago looking for new frames. I had a question about a particular frame and someone was supposed to call me back. Never did hear back from anyone.

Just want to advise make sure you leave with your old glasses. A half hour after my missed appt., Mandy called to make me aware that I missed. Fortunately, I was able to still be seen. From checking in, to the exam, to getting new frames, energy was positive all around. In 2021-22, my first experience at Jackson Eyecare, Mandy helped narrow down frame choices that suited me. I am still telling everyone about how much I enjoyed my visit to Jackson Eye are. Dr Barber is absolutely, positively hilarious. Such a refreshing break from the often stuffy, pretentious doctor vibes found at many other facilities. She is also very knowledgeable and thorough. It's so nice to know there are wonderful people like this who bring such amazing care to their patients. I would go back again for sure.

I've been a patient here for over 8 years and can always get in to see the doctor. I've been calling for a month and a half trying to get a specific day for an appointment as I work the same hours they do and was told to keep calling back. I did this only to be told that the day I wanted was full and to call back soon other time. I wasn't asked if there was any other day I could do. The girl on the phone tends to be unprofessional at times. I think it's time to find a new eye doctor. I genuinely love the Dr. Barber, but the receptionist I can do without.

I love this place so much. I came from Cleveland to Massillon and unsure where to find a good place for glasses. And when I found Jackson Eye Care it really changed the game. My exam was fast and everyone was super friendly, relatable and kept it real when I tried on frames that fit my look. I really care about this place and all the people in it. Every time I had an issue with my frames (my lack of care and patience) immediately handled by them every single time. I don't think I've ever been in there more than 15 minutes because the service is so fast and easy. Thank you Jackson Eye Care!

This is my first time going to an eye doctor. I went in for a test and was told I would need glasses. I was also wanting contacts as well. The women at the front counter came across as being rude and as if I was bothering them. When I was called to pick up my trial contacts, they were just given to me and I was not examined or taught how to use them. I felt like I was being rushed out the door. My wife told me that I needed to find another eye doctor because I should have been taught how to use the contact lenses and made sure they were fitting properly. I do not know my prescription or anything like that.

What a great experience! Thorough exam and new glasses for less than $120. The staff is wonderful and take their time to ensure customer satisfaction- not very common with doctors these days. I cannot say enough about Jackson Eyecare! You won't be disappointed.
