Son is in a wheelchair, he fell when getting up. It took 7 minutes for an employee to assist. With that being said, they never asked him if he was ok or offered bandaids as his knees were both bleeding. DR. MICHAEL WOOD was the doctor to see Eddie for future cataract surgery. He was asked if this office also does eye examinations.
He rudely stated your here for cataract surgery.. My son repeated himself, and asked again. Dr. Wood responded again VERY RUDELYand provided no answer. Upon completion, I asked I stated I realize your performing the cateract examination, but upon completion does this office perform eye exam
S? Wow!!! He exploded on me. At that point I said,.nrvermind- he will go elsewhere. The doctor said That's a good idea and walked away. Never have I experienced such rude, uncaring and poor behavior from a dr.

Dr. Wood came highly recommended, and that trust is so well deserved. His level of care, knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. The office staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The services to have glasses made are reasonably priced, fast, and convenient.

Dr pappas is top notch. He did a minor procedure in the office and I didn't feel s thing. I saw him before for another issue and he made sure that I got in quickly and had no lasting damage to my eye. He treated my husband for a corneal tear and Dr wood sees him on an ongoing basis. Both are fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The only problem I have ever had is my last visit was @ 325, but wasn't seen until 420. The gentleman in optical was very nice and patiently waited while I picked out my glasses. I feel I had a thorough examination of my eyes, as always. Definitely recommend their services.

I brought two kiddos in for an eye appointment at the same time. I don't think they expected the same family. The staff re-adjusted and had us in and out quickly. They were great and interacted with us in a fun and pleasant manner. As always, we love Dr. Wood. He is great! Highly recommend this office.
