Amazing eye exam yesterday!
Shout out to Anthony Melaragno.
He helped me pick out 3 pair of glasses. He worked with me to pick some great frames & to keep them in my budget. Def would go to him in the future for my glasses. He also fixed a pair of broken Ray-Bans that I brought with me. The optician was also very caring & explained every procedure she was doing. A true professional !

I came in knowing my eyesight had gotten significantly worse. Specifically my right eye due to Bell's palsy and when the virtual doctor said my RX hadn't changed much I was confused. I questioned her judgment and told her about my Bell's palsy and told her it's harder to see and she double downed on it. I now have my glasses with new RX and I see no different and honestly maybe a little worse at distance. I'm going to make another appointment somewhere else with a non virtual doctor.

This was my first time doing a virtual eye exam. Both Debbie and Jess were extremely helpful, patient, and understanding with me, as I asked many questions. The experience of the virtual eye exam was absolutely fantastic. I had no issues throughout the entire exam and when the exam was finished I was able to order trials of my contact lenses to see how they feel and if I was comfortable with my vision even though there was only a slight change in my prescription in one eye. I would highly reccomend Debbie and Jess if you reside in the Mayfield Hts and surrounding areas and are in need of an eye exam.
