America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Adam did an excellent job with helping me pick out new frames and answering all my questions about progressive lenses. There was no up-sale or push for more expensive products. He just made sure I was getting the best information to make my choices. I would highly recommend them. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The receptionist here has to be one of the rudest/most condescending women I've never met. Will not be back , walked out before I could even get through the paperwork.

The front desk staff all have a really bad attitude. I called in and the girl was very rude. I had to go down to the location for what I needed and was welcomed with 'what do you need?' I like the doctors and the people who help with choosing glasses and contacts, but the front desk staff are nasty people.

I love coming here. Dr. Lang is probably one of the best drs. I have ever had. He is very thorough and explained so much. I love the staff

I booked an appointment and filled out the paperwork online the day of the appointment. My GPS took me to the wrong road and I ended up being late by 10 minutes. They wouldn't see my daughter because it was the end of the day and they are packed. I feel they just used it as an excuse to not get out an later then they will. Every time I go to an America's best they have me waiting for 10-15 minutes past my appointment time anyways, which is fine I get it things don't always go as planned. I would normally call and see if I could still come in but I was on some back roads that I didn't feel comfortable using my phone. The receptionist was super nice about it, but I feel their excuse was just that an excuse.

Go to LensCrafters they don't treat you like a number and the doctors aren't rude . Americas best just treats you like number they rush you in and out and don't listen to what you have to say . Definitely don't recommend

Okay, since I'm definitely not going back- here it goes. The first appointment is great, but most of the staff and doctors are fairly inattentive once you establish yourself as a patient. That being said, I implore you to look elsewhere if you intend to go to this America's Best more than once. If you do choose to go here, document everything. Literally. Make sure you have some sort of documentation regarding what's discussed in your appointment, because; should you have a problem with a product or prescription... "no you didn't", or "we never told you that". You'll get stuck in a childish game of telephone with the staff, and your doctor will never be available to discuss or acknowledge any issues you may be having with your... new contacts... for example. This will push you in the direction of the office manager, if you're lucky (or if one truly exists, that's debatable). You will also most likely be treated with indifference, which will prevent you from reaching an amicable solution to any problem, no matter how simple you believe it to be. Civility is not their forte, don't expect them to go above and beyond for you. After all... they "just work here".

Sarah was amazing!! She helped me pick a pair of glasses because the choices and options were a little overwhelming. She has such a fun and courteous personality I really recommend going in and asking for her! Thanks again
