From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They quickly confirmed that my daughter's Dolce & Gabbana frames were in stock and handled the replacement process smoothly. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed or dismissed.
I especially appreciated how kind and patient the team was with my 16 year old daughter. Customer service like this truly makes a difference.

I went to this location to get a warranty replacement and was told they couldn't do anything due to backorder on my glasses. I asked if I could pay extra to move into the newer generation and was told no by the assistant manager. I went to the location I originally I bought them from and it was no issue. Paid the difference and was good to go. Lack of competence, training, and commitment to customer satisfaction seem to be a big issue at this location. Do not shop here unless you want your time wasted.
