Very thorough care by Dr. Sophia Pachydaki, leaving nothing to chance, and with a keen eye for what is good for the patient. Particularly appreciate that she took the time to educate me on my condition and allowed the drugs to work on my eye instead of rushing me through. Very grateful to her for taking such great care of me!

Office staff leaves a lot to be desired (mainly whomever answers the phone). After being disconnected by them 2x I called back to tell them I've been disconnected but couldn't even get the words out of my mouth before I was told she was too busy w. Customer in front of her. Doctor was great though.

Experience with the doctor was excellent. He Is very personable.
My only disappointment is the phone system. The office opens at 8 AM however voicemail tells you they are not there until 830 and nobody answers the phone even though the office is open. We were stuck in traffic and arrived late and there was a chance that the Dr would not see us due to us being late. If somebody had answered the phone, we could've let them know we were running late.
