This place is great. You do not have to wait long for an appointment, the women who work in the offices are sweeties. Dr.Marshall himself is one of the nicest, sweetest Dr's ive ever encountered and minf you ive worked in healthcare for 15 plus years. The have a great selection for frames and made it effortless when I got glasses for myself and my children.

Had an outdated prescription and needed an eye exam. I was looking for a place that took my insurance too. I had a lovely experience here. Both reception staff and Dr. Marshall were very kind and funny. I even got a little educated on a few things thanks to Dr. Marshall. Enjoyed my time, quick and easy.

The doctor is so freaking cool!!!! He is always in a great mood and so friendly. Angela is pretty cool too. Super warm and welcoming. Thanks for being my new eye doctor!

I was asked to pay extra for glasses that my insurance should have covered ,and things I didn't ask for on the glasses ,didn't like the glasses and didn't pick them up ! Will not go back or did not pick up the glasses

My first time 02/2025. Awesome staff. Very polite and professional. Dr. Marshall is awesome sauce.Shared some great information about eyesight and my eyes. 5 extra stars for a great sense of humor and a positive/vibe personality.

This is the worst eye care clinic I've ever been to. The optometrist there self were fine but the reception team has become reprehensible. The long wait times and mediocre care are within reason with a busy location, but the ugliness and rudeness is absolutely uncalled for. I have been going to this location for half a decade and used to find the employees awesome and so caring but in the last 2 years they have employed some people that are HIGHLY unqualified for customer service. I tried to over look it as not everyone will make you feel welcome but then I experienced one of the receptionist ACTIVELY trying to find a reason to sabotage my care. She went above and beyond trying to block what I was in need of. I do not believe I did anything to even instigate her anger, she just decided to mock my request and then went and convinced the optometrist who had already approved what I was requesting that it should not be fulfilled. And I swear she was nearly giddy when she succeeded in it. What she did not only stop me from getting my prescription for something that I literally needed in order to see but it would have caused me to have to pay hundreds of more dollars when I'm on a very fixed income, made obvious because I'm on government Medicaid. It leaves me to think perhaps she just has a problem with people who are having a hardships but I have NEVER experienced something so rude from someone in a position of health care. Since then I have absolutely refused to use them any more, but I've had several more experiences with them as providing for my children and I hate to have found out that it is still the case, and I have been in the office for pick ups and reputedly seen customers treated in ways that seem like mocking and intentional disrespectful ways. I can't speak for their experience but I is not a way I would let my loved ones be treated in front of me. They provide a service that is needed in a mostly acceptable way but I just can't support a place that lets their employees treat people in ways that are unacceptable and never correct their actions, perhaps they condone it, because it really feels like they are more than ok weeding out people who may not have as much money to spend and focusing on a more "preferred" kind of clientele.

I can't remember the last time I've written a review on google as-is, but this review is warranted. The doctor was ON HIS PHONE during my eye exam! I could see him in the corner of my eye texting while he asks "which lens looks better, the first of second", meanwhile I'm distracted by the fact that my doctor is on his phone. I got my new glasses yesterday, and the prescription is so strong that I don't think it's the right one. Wish I called him out for texting, but I got nervous. The only benefit of the doubt I'll give is if he had a family emergency, but if that was the case then he should have excused himself out of the room!! SMH ClearSight! Never returning.

I have always had a great experience in this office. But the Best of the Best is Hannah. She is Awesome. Always o personable and helpful. She is so lovely with a precious smile. Her service is impeccable. Keep doing what your doing Hannah. One happy customer, Connie Concoby
