While the customer service was great, the turnaround time for frames is an inconvenience. My appointment was on December 6th. I have yet to receive my glasses. I understand holidays just passed but I have been to multiple optometrists and my glasses were received within 2 weeks at the most. I'm into a month and still no glasses. If you are looking to receive your glasses in a timely fashion, I would not recommend.
