My entire experience from the moment I walked in the door was pleasant. I was greeted immediately, practically no wait time for my exam. The Doctor was thorough and educational, the staff Latisha and Pam was very helpful in helping me pick the right lenses shade for my medical needs and a really cute frame. They were all friendly, polite and attentive. Will be back next year!

Amazing staff and doc here. They took wonderful care of me. Life's been tough, it's nice to know there's still good people out there. I highly suggest coming here. Pam was amazing, she breaks down everything your insurance covers and what you may have to pay. Lots of choices in frames as well.

Best location ever. I was Treated so well during my visit. They let me take all the time I needed to pick my glasses. I Was offered water bottle during my stay and felt super welcomed. I was anxious about choosing glasses at first but left feeling super confident and satisfied! I will be back and will be recommending to all of my family and friends!

I don't have enough amazing things to say about SVS Vision. I called SVS out of desperation on the way to a baseball game in Cleveland and ended up meeting the kindest most amazing people ever. I ripped my left contact and did not have a spare (that's a longer story). I was over two hours away from my eye doctor and desperately seeking an appointment to get a trial set of contacts or anything to help during this trip. I called probably 15 places from Ashtabula - Mentor and not one place would help me at all. I offered to pay out of pocket if I was out of network, etc. Anything I had to do to comply with getting a set of contacts, I was willing to do. I wear toric lenses which added another hurdle. Almost ready to give up, I got in touch with SVS, and Pam not only got me in for an appointment, I was fitted and given a trial set of contacts and a travel saline solution/contact case set. They got me in immediately, everyone was unbelievably kind and I can see! I'm so thankful for them. If I lived in Mentor, they would be my permanent eye doctor. It's hard to find people who care and they just went above and beyond. I am beyond grateful!!!

Always Great experience for 1 Pamela really cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond with trying to find you the best deals and she remembers your needs & concerns. She is the Best! I love the new eye exams. There is no need for dilating eyes instead the machine shoots a fast burst of air in eye and makes it easy to look around your eye area. The eye exam itself with the reading of the letters was a great experience the eye doc was very knowledgeable & professional and that is very important when you're getting a new lens prescription. 1 of the best locations and experiences. Wonderful staff....very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and affordable!! There lenses are more durable than other places I have had glasses from!! If you want a fantastic eye doctor and experience......check SVS out!!
