I stopped in hoping the office would help me with repairing my patients eyeglasses she broke, she couldn't get an appointment with her own optometrist for two months and at 104 years old I didn't want her to have to wait that long to be able to see. I was greeted by Chase, explained my issue and she immediately took the glasses and within ten minutes had them fixed. Chase was very pleasant and professional. Because of her, i know my little lady will be smiling again. Thank you for your kindness.

Very poor experience buying eyeglasses. I was really excited to get my new glasses with an updated prescription, unfortunately, the lenses have a severe yellow tint. Legitimately they make white cars look gold, and white siding on buildings look yellow.
I have had glasses my entire life, anti-reflective coatings, etc etc. Never seen sepia tone lenses other than in sunglasses, but I am being told this is normal and they don't see what I see. Essentially, no solution other than I'm crazy. When holding them next to my previous eyeglasses, this is pronounced. Can see the difference from 5-6 feet away.
Extremely frustrated as these are unwearable for daily use, would drive me crazy. Will be stuck with them until my vision benefit renews.

The brunette receptionist was absolutely wonderful. However, the rest of the staff seemed like you were bothering them by asking questions. I went to this place because they took my insurance, and they also had great reviews. I won't be back, and also chose not to get glasses there because of this.

Geauga Vision is a great place for your eye care needs. They have supported me through my childhood, and always ensured I had the glasses and contacts that I needed at a fair price. It's especially a good deal if you have insurance. I recall the first time I had put my glasses on in third grade not even knowing that my astigmatism was a problem.
