This guy dilated my eyes without my consent. Literally held my eyes open while I was crying. Then I said "if you had given me a chance to say something, I would have said no." He said "well we can't back in time." No remorse, no apology. My eyes still hurt because he put too many drops in. He said all the wrong things, wasted an hour implying that all his years of experience means he can't possibly be wrong about anything, assaulted me with eye drops. I feel like I have a case for malpractice and he has the audacity to think I'm coming back for a follow up. Absolutely insane. No one should be desperate enough to come here. Just go somewhere else.

The actual doctor was very nice, and informative. When we first got there though, one of the young women at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful from the time we came in. When her coworker asked her what insurance we had her reply was "caresource" and rolled her eyes noticeably right infront of my son and I. Very unprofessional...The rest of the visit was great though, but more than likely we will not be back due to this.

Horrible experience and unethical business practices. Online, it states they accept Davis Insurance. You can book online no problem. However, this is not true--they do not in fact accept this insurance. Instead, they will charge you a "missed appointment" fee unless you accept the $144 out of pocket cost. I don't think I've experienced worse service from any eye/health provider. If you don't accept a particular insurance, remove it from your site. Don't charge customers a "missed appointment" fee if they refuse to pay the out of pocket cost due to issues of transparency and accuracy on your website.

I almost wanted to cry with how happy andcomfortable I was with Dr. Deborah BEREDA. I've had horrible experiences with eye doctors. I was given the wrong prescription, and Dr. Deborah was so calm so nice so sweet so polite she walked me through everything she was doing. She explained and broke down every single step. I have never been more happy to finally be heard from an eye doctor. I am so appreciative.

All of the staff was a pleasure to be around. The exam was pain free and they use the latest technology. The eye Dr explained everything in plain talk that I could understand. When it came time to pick out frames and lenses, Marci was a huge help but didn't pressure me or try to force any up-selling. With her help, I ended up walking out with my regular glasses, as well as prescription sunglasses. All around great experience. I would definitely go back for my annual checkup, even if I don't need to buy new frames or lenses. Good folks.

I had read alot of reviews and what my experience was perfect all the staff and Dr. was very friendly and know what your needs are thank you all...Lenscrafters management is top notch very professional..great team.

The two young women at the front desk were not actually "un"pleasant, but were not far from it. Obviously do not like thier jobs. However, the optometrist was actually very friendly and helpful. I was moved to 3 different rooms and each time struggled to get in and out of the exam chairs due to mobility issues. I understand that it might be difficult to have all of the equipment in one room, but it would sure be nice if you didn't have to move your patients around so much.

It's really unfortunate that the practice pushes a mandatory test that isn't covered by insurers. If you feel that strongly about the test itself, find a way to get it covered under your exam procedure or include it for free. I drove all the way out to this place and had to cancel my appointment because of their mandate.
