Amazing Eyes Family Vision

Dr. Montgomery and her staff are the best. The doctor went above and beyond when I had vision issues to get to the bottom of it. The whole staff is friendly and responsive!

Pros: The staff are very kind and they did an excellent job with my exam to get the most accurate prescription! The facility was neat & clean! Would definitely go again. Cons: They did not have the correct trial lenses for my eyes and gave me the closest they had assuring me they'd get the correct ones soon. After asking if I wanted to put them in or have the doctor do it, I assured them I had contacts before and could put them in. However, every other eye doctor I've had has given coaching on how to put them in properly, showing me there is a line in the contacts where they line up. They didn't do any of that. It had been a long time since I had contacts so for any other patient, that would have been very important. Another con is that they charged me for glasses I did not order. Thankfully, I needed them anyways. Lastly, it's been three weeks since my appointment and the contacts still have not come in and I haven't been getting updates. Other places offer to ship your contacts directly to you and they don't have that option. Hoping they come in soon as I want to keep a good relationship with this place! The staff are so sweet.

I was so impressed with our new eye dr and her staff! All of them are so sweet and thorough and so welcoming to both me and my daughter. We really enjoyed going here and will definitely be going back!

Loving my new eye doctor, Amanda Montgomery and her staff. Efficient, knowledgeable, affordable and professional! I was in and out of their office in no time. The staff handled my insurance with no problems. There was a nice selection of eye-wear, if needed, though my current prescription was still valid. I believe you will be very happy with the entire Amazing Eyes experience!

It was great experience! Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I was given a comprehensive eye exam. My old pair of glasses were repaired without charge and my new glasses are very reasonably priced. I found my new eye care place, which is so nice since I'm new to Mount Vernon!

Dr. Montgomery is very thorough; highly recommend. Staff is wonderful and is very helpful/accommodating. (They even send out birthday texts and texts to inform you when it's about time to schedule your eye exam.)

This truly is an AMAZING state-of-the-art office! Dr. Montgomery is very thorough in her examination and very informative as well. She answered all of my questions. The staff is warm and friendly too. I really enjoyed choosing my spectacles from a wide range of choices, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. I see so much better now!

I have had a great experience with Dr. Montgomery, the first year my daughter started Kindergarten I was told she had some problems with her eye sight. Since then we have come back numerous times because Dr. Montgomery found that the part of the brain that affects vision was not properly working. Her brain is suppressing what she sees from her right eye. So basically both eyes are not working together to produce one image. Doctor Montgomery has added prisms in her glasses as well as r prescriptions because she also has astigmatisms in both eyes. Currently my daughter has to come back next month to see how well the prisms are working and that will determine if she needs to have therapy. I just want to thank everyone at Amazing Eyes for taking the time to find the problem and help my daughter, she isn't at 100% yet, but believe with your help she will be soon. Staff is amazing and they are really good with children. I recommend this place for anyone searching for a great Eye Doctor.
