I do not like the new changes here. We have been using this eye care for many years. Now my wife and I cannot take our appointments together which is helpful for us. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and had no intention of explaining their process changes and just expected us to know what changed. Thought I was at the BMV. Next! Also, they now do not put prices on their frames which makes budgeting more difficult. I can't imagine a kid picking out a frame only for the parent to get sticker shock when the final bill is presented. It seems deceptive. Doc was good but we will be looking for a new place that cares about people.

I came here with my 4-year daughter for an eye check and will never come back. The front desk staff are terrible here and I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Dr. Franko was great and super friendly and helpful, but her two staff I saw had the worst attitude and we extremely rude and disrespectful. I waited for a while since I was early and they talked negatively about every person who called after hanging up with them. Then because I had insurance they don't get very often they were so rude to me. They insisted that I was on Medicaid because of my insurance provider, which I am not. The one older woman had to call someone else to find out how to process my insurance and told the woman on the phone that she doesn't know how she does her job or how she does her own. I will not be going back to this location because these two women were awful. The providers at this location need to re-evaluate their front desk staff.

I use to love going here but after getting my glasses that I was never able to use after taking them back to have fixed like 4 times. They repeated my exam but nothing changed there. It was annoying and frustrating. They still couldn't get them corrected and I had to stop using them.

I'm new to the area and not a customer (yet). I fell and bent my glasses and they kindly repaired them for free. Unexpected and appreciated!

The staff was friendly and walked me through the new account process. The staff made it very streamlined by sending the link to fill out the documents online. The Doctor was friendly and very informative about my vision issue and answered my questions and concerns regarding the changes in my vision. I was given a referral for an eye issue and staff reached to that doctor's office and got me scheduled in a timely manner. The entire visit was thorough and streamlined . Thank you again, everyone at iCare Eye Center.

I would highly recommend iCare Vision Center. They were so nice and welcoming. They addressed all our concerns. The paperwork was all done online which was so convenient to be able to autofill all the documents. Best of all, as new patients, when I called to schedule they were happy to help us. The receptionist was so cheerful. Loved the whole experience!

iCare Vision has always taken great care of me. Dr. Sanders is one terrific person. I've never had to wait and appointments are always on time. The staff is very helpful and friendly and can answer all your questions.
