Older front desk lady goes out of her way to be rude. Apparently I rescheduled my 5 year old son's app back in 2023 so the Dr. She said decided to put a hold on his account and said I can no longer schedule him, I can only do a walk in. I was very confused and a little taken aback by it since he visited the Dr. After this so called incident and it was never mentioned to me he wasn't able to be scheduled. It was more of like we dont want you. We'll I guess my family of 5 will all find somewhere else to get their exams. I've had a few issues with the same lady as she usually says something rude to me about my kids. I usually brush it off but the excitement in her voice telling me I can no longer schedule my son tipped my over the top.

The doctor answered my questions in a very nice manner, and helped me with each of the concerns I had. The (I'm not sure exactly what their positions were) ladies in the office were all helpful and nice as well. And they had a lot better selection of glasses, that my insurance covers, than other places I've been to that. My son's first eye appointment ever went really well too.

Becky made the referral to Eye Clinic afterwards as I need to have cataracts removed. Frank adjusted and cleaned my glasses for better fit. Highly recommend!

Doering Vision Center is very patient friendly. We have no trouble booking appointments for the times we need and they also accept walk ins. The office runs on time so we haven't had to wait in the lobby to see the doctor. The staff already had a selection of glasses prepared which our insurance would cover; and were very helpful to explain which styles worked best for us. Dr Doering was also exceptional with my 7 year old daughter, entertaining her questions and explaining what he was doing and why.
