Highly recommend this office! I was greeted immediately and my insurance coverage was reviewed with me as soon as I checked in. The charges were explained and given upfront. They were very clear about what was covered and what costs extra. There was no pressure.
Dr. Herman was very throughout and was great at explaining the testing and the corrections that could be made for my concerns (driving at night, blurred vision). She even taught my daughter who accompanied me! I found Dr. Herman to be very personable and knowledgeable. She was able to correct my vision to the best I've had yet with contacts (20+ years).
During check out my coverage was explained regarding the cost of contacts and the staff was extremely helpful with getting me the best rate! I am thankful I found this office!

Had a great first time experience here today. Maggie was friendly, explained contacts very well (i was skeptical). The front desk associates are very friendly. The woman who did the first few tests extremely friendly and polite. Pricing was explained well and they gave me options. I like that I can try contacts before committing to them. I went to Lenscrafters after for my glasses (these are 2 separate businesses in one spot) great service by Corine (I think that was her name) she didnt rush me on finding frames, lots of choices. She took her time with me checking pricing for me and making sure my measurements for my lenses were perfect. Thank you all!

Check-in was very easy and fast. Took me back right away to get my exam done and new contacts ordered. Wow. Highly recommend this place than anywhere else...including Walmart! The few extra bucks is WORTH IT! Maggie was awesome. Many eye exams over the years and she was by far the best. Entire staff was polite and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Herman and the staff. I was very worried about my eye, very nervous, but my visit was quick and painless. I didn't even have to be dilated which was so nice. I genuinely appreciate the fact that I was able to be shown my eye and everything was explained in detail further reassuring me that everything was good! They fit me in right away. I highly recommend Dr. Herman and am actually looking forward to my upcoming eye exam.
