Called to schedule appointment - First female answered very rudely and slammed me on hold - Second female answered, much more pleasant, but explained to her that I needed a late afternoon appointment to accommodate my schedule and working an hour a way from home/Newark she advised that they do not allow new patients to have late afternoon appointments. Told her that I would try to find someone else who could accommodate my schedule, she said okay and hung up.

I had a great experience with Dr. Law and the team at Center For Sight. The interactions I had were seemless, personable, and thorough. Dr. Law explained each area of examination with care and genuine interest in ophthalmology. His confidence and attention made me comfortable and confident in his team's services I would recommend Dr Law to anyone.

I can't recommend these doctors and staff more highly. Kim was helpful in my preoperative appointment. She gets 5 stars. Kelly, the follow-up call today was most welcome and your compassion for your patients was evident in your call. Logan and all the nurses prepping me for my eye surgery were fantastic and lovable. Dr Silone, you are an amazing opthamologist surgeon

I came in for Glasses and Sunglasses after a not so great experience at my last place. Holly helped me pick through every pair of Oakleys ever and was so patient with me. She made me make sure I loved them and didn't rush anything. I've been wearing glasses for 10 plus years and always dreaded getting new ones but now I look forward to needing another pair. Can't recommend this place enough! Thanks Holly!!

Dear friends, I had cataract surgery this week after putting it off like a big baby for three years. Night driving was scary and so was the thought of eye surgery. Thanks to the compassionate professional staff of Center For Sight and Dr. Park the surgery was a piece of cake. The pre-op was 2 hours and the surgery was 10 mins. It was best described as cleaning the dirty windshield of your car. I'm amazed at how bright everything looks. If you're on the fence. Get 'er done.

Had an appointment with the new optometrist told her several times that I needed a new prescription on my contacts. She should have said that she doesn't do specialty contact lenses as I repeated myself several times that I was there for the duette contact lenses and all she did was ignore me. She never acknowledged she didn't or couldn't prescribe them after several times I ask her . I wouldn't recommend her at all to anyone. She does the exam and then hand me a prescription for glasses at the end of the appointment stopped at the front desk. What an experience the lady was the rudest person I had ever met in my life. She kept telling me the Doctor isn't a mind reader did you tell her you wanted contacts several times each time I told her yes I did on several occasions. This is what I call a self centered Doctor and practicing dirty tricks . Everything was like a chore for her. She has no business being at the front desk. What an embarrassment to your company. You know what if you don't like your job then go elsewhere is what I say. I went to another Optometrist same day and they had no problems whatsoever helping me and actually they were very kind and helpful. And ordered my contacts for me . Not like this office. So beware one visit and done with me I will never step foot in that place again. If I could give them a zero rating, I would that's how bad my experience was.

I already left a review today. Here come another one for an obvious reason once i clarify. The Dr. came into the room after I posted the last review and stated he was not sure what the problem was. I told him licking memorial even had a better system to getting people out of the waiting room. (which for anyone who knows this speaks volumes. The Dr. then proceeded to argue with me. Telling me all paperwork says plan for 2 hour wait (there is no such paperwork we are aware of). How unprofessional to argue with a review. Reviews are meant to better your practice. Not argue with your cliental. 2nd of all your receptionist said when we walked in. "I'm not sure what all we will need so have a seat and we will call you when we find out"-this is a vision center. you know what you need. I'm lost at that disconnect. I stand by my statement and do not feel bad. He stated and i quote "Mondays are terrible to schedule because of the emergencies through out the weekend" NO SIR!! I will not argue with you in your office. If your team can not handle the flow of appointments SCHEDULE LESS! This all being said. If I have an Eye emergency over the weekend. I'm sure as heck not coming to you. I'm going to the ER. i am not waiting through the weekend while my eye needs help. So, your excused from your unprofessionalism. Be better or get out of your field. Clearly someone does not like criticism. Instead just feels the need to argue and justify using false information to make themselves feel better. Already trying to get appointments else where. i will not be lied to and attempted to be belittled for assumed ignorance. When i know for a fact the worst health care professionals have a better system for patient rotation than you do! You are not smarter than LMH Crazy lol

I had a cataract surgery last year. I have an allergy to a numbing medication so Dr Silone insisted on general anesthesia in a hospital. Obviously costing more. Didn't suggest allergy testing. Performed the surgery but indicated it was tricky because I had a "floppy" iris. After the surgery I felt like I had something in my lower lid. It felt like a lump. I also felt like I was looking through a gold screen in that eye only when light would be on the side of the eye that had the cataract. I went back for multiple follow up exams and complained I was still experiencing those two issues. I was told that the eye was still healing. It's been 10 months, I've seen another surgeon at OSU. I have what is called Floppy iris syndrome due to an abrasion on my iris from the surgery. I was never told I had this by Dr Silone. I was made to believe it would heal. Additional surgery and/or a contact lens will be required to remedy this. Some of these options are not covered by insurance. Not only is my eye permanently damaged it is going to cost hundreds maybe thousands to get it fixed. That is if it is repairable.
