Wonderful experience, especially considering it was Black Friday. The doctor immediately noticed a possible error in my contact prescription, confirmed with diagnostics, and even had samples on hand with my correct prescription. She was very thorough and kind, and the office staff were very professional.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm using my sister's account to write this review. The eye doctor, Marisa, was able to squeeze me into a last minute eye exam, and the optical help me order new glasses. Thanks to the team here and my sister we were able to get an updated prescription as well as new glasses ordered.

I moved down an appointment to the 12th of December from the 19th because I was anxious about getting the eye exam out of the way. While I admit I arrived thirty minutes early and shouldn't have walked in right away once they got back from lunch as the lights were dim, the woman could have at least looked up at me and in a polite tone said "hello sir, we just got back from Lunch, can you give us 15 minutes and then come back. Thank you for your patience." She instead coldly kept her head down and said we aren't back from lunch like she could care less about me. They also don't pick up the phone, so it could have been avoided for me to have to arrive that early as I didn't receive a confirmation email so that's why I originally called an hour before the appointment. I realize the reviews say 5 stars, but they get a 1 star from me. I wasn't trying to be rude on my part, I just have been experiencing blurry vision lately and my latest high blood pressure reading is making me worried that I have retina damage so that's why I changed my appointment a few times and called. They don't seem like very nice people there even though the reviews interestingly say otherwise.

My experience with the staff was positive, friendly, and professional. In 2021 until now 2025, changes have been made, lower number of frames, all are higher end frames. Under $100, didn't see any. Families may not be able to purchase Eyewear from them. Every thing was clean and uncluttered, only one person to look after the walk ins and to fit the eyeware.i feel like one more should be a considere

Dr. Karapasha is wonderful. She's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She works with you and discusses all of your options, gives you sample contacts to try and no pressure to order or buy there. I definitely recommend her if you're looking for a new optometrist!

The doctor was knowledgeable and efficient. They had me in and out and I never felt rushed.

I am a patient here and when my 9 year old came home with a note from school stating he needed a detailed screening with an optometrist, I knew where to go and I was not disappointed. The doctor was absolutely amazing with him. She took so much time and worked with my son to figure out his sight issues. She was patient and went above and beyond. The staff was very helpful too (particularly the younger blond gentleman with glasses). While my son was awaiting his dilution drops to kick in, this staff member offered my son and his sister a coloring page and crayons. I found that to be so thoughtful. I also don't have eye care insurance for him and the appointment was affordable compared to other places, so I really appreciate that aspect of it as well. Highly recommend this optometrist!
