First visit today with Dr. Karns and the entire experience was amazing. From the front office staff all the way through the process on the clinical side I felt welcome, cared for and most of all listened to. Jessica who did my intake was exceptional and was kind and informative. Dr Karns cared about my past experiences and took the time to listen and explained the entire examination as we went. He referred me to another specialist and I have so much confidence in him moving forward. He asked my wife and I if we had questions and listened and answered them all. His Tech Hanna explained the next steps and took us to the front desk where my referral appt was scheduled while we waited. Everyone was so pleasant and I couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you all!!

Absolutely love the "pick out your glasses girls" Mindy, Stacey and Sherri. They are so patient and kind. I also had a great experience in person with Crystal at the front desk. She helped me get an appointment situation figured out at the busy end of the year when we had to change an appointment due to a medical emergency. . She was very kind and sympathetic. I did not care for my interaction with a call center prior to that, who obviously had not addressed my issue. With so many great people at this office, I'd like to see the impersonal call center job be given to a new hire physically at the office. Other than that, great professional experience.

The staff is friendly and very competent. I initially met Dr Karnes in a bit of an emergency for a chemical burn on my eye. He was very kind and empathetic. The treatment he prescribed saved me from losing my eye sight. I've been back since that event and they have all held their high standard of service. I plan to stay here for all my eye health needs

I have been going to Eye care Centers of America since I was 5. I have had a few doctors. And they all have been great. If you're looking for good eye doctors here's the place you want to call. Occasionally the drs have emergencies and you may have to wait. But it's worth it!

The doctors and staff are great. But my visit today took way too long. I got there at the time I was expected but was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. I feel my time is just as valuable as theirs and appointment times should be kept. It will not prevent me from going back because I really like my doctor.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Turgeon for the last year. He was able to get my husband's sight back for him by correcting a previous cataract surgery preformed by a different Doctor. He then preformed a cataract surgery on his other eye with outstanding results. So, when I began having an issue with my eye, I immediately had my Dr. refer me to Dr. Turgeon's office. Again, he put my mind at ease by diagnosing the problem and he told me what needed to be done to correct this. We will go nowhere else but to Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons. Not only is the Dr. outstanding but all of the staff are just the very best. I will always highly recommend them. We can't say thank you enough for the best care that we received.
