I happened along this vision center by accident and I fell in love with the decor it's super cute and hip kinda like a coffee shop and hip brewery with the rustic charm of a hip cabin . Katie was a very friendly helpful optician whom will help you find the perfect pair of glasses this is a must go to vision center great options for glasses and love the lens choices they have as well . This will be my new place for exams and glasses and friendly knowledgeable staff

I came here to get an eye exam for glasses since I have trouble with night driving and eye strain from staring at a screen for 40 hours a week. "Dr." Andrews was awful. He saw my NASA sweatshirt (my employer), asked if I work there, and immediately started insulting NASA and praising Elon Musk and SpaceX. He continued with this despite the fact that I made it clear that I work there and that I was very uncomfortable with this. He only stopped when I flat out had to say "I'm not interested in discussing this." What kind of doctor walks in and immediately begins insulting their patient and arguing with them and refuses to back off??? The unprofessionalism was so severe that I'm kind of in disbelief that this guy even still has a license (has anyone checked??). After this, he rushed through the eye exam and firmly concluded that I don't need a prescription and that my vision is perfectly fine. This is extremely untrue as I have been prescribed glasses before. After dilating my eyes for the eye exam, they told me I was completely fine to drive and gave me no warning of what I would experience. They did not give me the disposable sunglasses that you are apparently supposed to get after eye dilation. Luckily I had my own in my car, but even with them on I couldn't see the road at times because of the extreme light sensitivity causing my eyes to water, and I could barely make out the exit signs to figure out which exit I needed to take. Go to literally any other eye doctor. I'll be filing a complaint with my insurance for them to reconsider working with this extremely unprofessional and negligent office.

Dr Andrews and staff are great but they do not take Medicare post cataract surgery for gkasses.

Dr. Andrews is absolutely the best and my boys and I look forward to seeing him for our eye exams. All the staff here are excellent, very friendly and thorough! So glad we started coming to My Vision!!

My wife and I went to My Vision on 09/27/20 and were very impressed with both the staff and Dr. Andrews. We have never had such a thorough eye exam, all modern equipment, no puff of air to test for Glaucoma. Dr. Andrews explained everything to us about the health of our eyes, excellent Doctor. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going there again. I highly recommend them. Kenneth K

Went in for a routine eye exam so I could order new glasses online. I communicated that very clearly several times. The staff is nice enough, and the system felt smooth. Come time for billing, they tried explaining why it made the most sense to double-bill this both to my health insurance and eye insurance. I ended up paying $110 out of pocket covering my share of the bill for each, the health insurance billing and the eye insurance billing, which included an itemized measuring for contact lenses despite repeatedly telling them I wouldn't be ordering contacts anytime soon. This was a routine 30 minute exam for which they managed to bill more than $400. I feel that the billing here was predatory. With the health insurance system right now being as bad as it is, I personally cannot afford an eye clinic that wants to make $400 at my expense.
