My hubby and I had two separate appointments about an hour and half apart of each other. From our check in, to being seen by the Dr. (who delayed her lunch to see us both back to back) everyone was exceptionally kind, polite and understanding! It's an amazing place!! everyone is so kind, so understanding , so knowledgeable and so patient!! I don't write reviews. But, I love this place so much and i think it's important for them to know. And more importantly, there's people out there that need to know a "go to place" where you know it's going to be a good experience w/o stress. example - when I got my glasses (1st time). i wasn't rushed, instead the lady took her time and helped me pick them out. It was more like a friend helping you out, instead of an associate. Ever since they've always been that amazing.

The store person helping me took a "customers first" approach to satisfy my need to fixing the defective lenses without additional cost to me...
She then consulted with the store Manager who agreed with that solution and their focus on customer satisfaction worked...
