Excellent Care for My Son
We had a wonderful experience with this eye doctor and clinic while bringing our son in for his appointment. The staff was kind, professional, and made him feel comfortable right away. Doctor Andrich was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which we truly appreciated as parents.
The clinic is clean, well organized, and very welcoming. We felt confident and well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr Andrich and his clinic for anyone looking for excellent eye care.

My son has been visiting the Vision Development Team since last December. We have seen great progress with him. His reading has improved, he's doing much better at school and his teachers have raved on how much his confidence has grown as well. He just had the best soccer season he's had & even tried out new positions when playing.
He works closely with Mrs. Patti, but honestly everybody in the office we have encountered has been nothing but kind to us! They are on top of things in this office and I recommend them to everybody I think would benefit.

We cannot say enough good things about the Vision Development Team in Cleveland. Our family has had two very different experiences here with two children who each have different types of visual insufficiency, and in both cases the care has been exceptional.
From the very first visit, the staff took the time to truly understand each child as an individual. The evaluations were thorough, the explanations were clear, and we always felt included and informed in the plan of care. What stood out most was how thoughtfully the therapy was tailored to each child's specific needs. No one was treated with a one-size-fits-all approach.
The therapists are incredibly patient, encouraging, and skilled at building trust with kids, even when therapy is challenging. We saw real progress in both of our children, not just in their visual skills but also in their confidence.
As a parent, it is a huge relief to place your kids in the hands of a team that is both highly competent and genuinely compassionate. We are deeply grateful for the support we received and would recommend the Vision Development Team without hesitation to any family navigating visual challenges.

My daughter was referred here by Broadview eye clinic, because she had convergence insufficiency in December 2024. I can't say enough of how much of a blessing coming here was. It's made a huge impact on my daughter and our family. She has improved in ways beyond her sight. We have learned so much and we're taught by people who truly care for people. I was nervous and unsure about everything in the beginning. It made sense, but just a different way of thinking about things. I definitely implore anyone who needs it to take the leap and be dedicated to it. The results are amazing! For years I have been trying to figure out the reason for my double vision. Luckily, my primary care doctor referred me to the Vision Development Team and I finally have an answer!! Dr. Andrich patiently listened while I explained the issues I was having and then gave me a clear explanation as to his solutions. I was prescribed new glasses and will be attending therapy sessions to work on my eye's ability to converge and stay converged.
