I was a patient of Dr. Gonzales for years. She handled all my eye emergencies and eye glass needs. Last week, I lost vision in my left eye due to an eye infection. I have been calling since last Thursday and was told by the girl who answers the phone, "we don't have the capacity to handle my issue because they only have one Dr." I've been going to Buckeye Care for almost 20 years. I guess I will have to go somewhere else. I hope Dr. Gonzales reads all these negative reviews. It's sad to see a business that was doing so well take a hit like this because of the front-end staff.

They take appointments, but may cancel it without letting you know. We showed up for the appointment 15min early, only to find out that the appointment was automatically canceled. You are supposed to "confirm", but we had just made the appointment a few weeks ago. They just lost a long term customer.

Multiple issues with glasses. They basically told me to figure it out with my insurance. I asked for my money back and then they sent me a letter that I was rude and no longer a patient. That's how they treat customers when they make mistakes. I'd give a zero if I could. Avoid at all costs.

Have been to this place for 2 times. Just yearly check to get a new glasses. Nice place and all the people there are really friendly. Love Woodruff. He is a great optometrist.

If I could leave a negative star rating I would. This place could care less if there is a problem and can't seem to listen to their customers needs. If you have a specialized or difficult prescription DON'T go here.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. So kind and helpful. This was my first experience with them. I won't go anywhere else!
