Ordered contacts and they came in so I had to send my boyfriend to pick them up due to my work schedule. The receptionist told me they close at 7p, the website says 7p but when he arrived at 645pm they were closed and everyone gone. I'm really frustrated as this isn't the first time this has happened. I now have to make a special separate trip because they closed early. I understand we all wanna go home if we aren't busy at work but if you tell someone over the phone that you close at 7p then don't close at 645p. That's just poor customer service

Randy is amazing. Always professional and even helped two customers while helping me while answering phones. I love my glasses. I went Tuesday and they are already in on Thursday so they're good in my book. The lady was nice too cleaned my glasses while I waited.

Called this morning soon as they open to reschedule are appointments due to COVID not the weather the lady Michelle said I know the weather bad but it's not an excuse... wait it's not about the weather we're sick and she hung up on me before confirming the times of are next appointments so I had to call back because I never received the text message to confirm what times they was. Very rude very unprofessional! I see alot of complaints or similar maybe they need new staff..

Current patient, couldn't get out of work on time so called and said i would be about 10 minutes late, said they would have to automatically reschedule after 9 minutes. So already mad, i said forget it...then she proceeds to tell me that they had a cancellation one hour after mine, to just come in and they will get me in. Im sitting here with my paperwork finished, the appointment before my newly rescheduled appointment walks in..."sorry we're going to get her first since she's on time". So i have to sit through her NEW PATIENT paperwork...before they will even see her. Meanwhile my paperwork has been done for a while. Livid. Poor customer service.

If I could mark zero stars I would! Absolutely the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! My prescription was wrong and so wrong I can barley see so their excuse is that I demanded my perscription without coming back in to finalize it. BULL! I never even received a prescription! And to make matters worse I called to tell them it was all wrong and after trying to explain it all the lady hangs up on me! I call back and she says I have already told you what you needed to know! So I guess that's her excuse for treating me so poorly! I have never been treated so bad ever! Wouldn't recommend coming here !

The woman that took care of my r/x was a "know it all". She blamed customer for any problem with new lens and frames. I found that she was actually not knowledgeable. Poor fit and vision. Will never go back.

I should've read the reviews before I came here there service is trash and their prices are ridiculous I called for a fitting fee tans they lady told me one price and got here and it was twice the amount I do not suggest coming here keep looking
