Tried to make an appointment this morning and couldn't even get past the front desk staff. The second you mention certain insurance carriers, you are treated like human garbage from the "certified insurance specialist" and the office manager is even worse because she screams at you and tells you that"this is a recorded line"! Then slams the phone down. I hope the eye doctors are calmer than the screamers answering phones..... maybe cut down on the coffee ladies and take that recorded line to a therapist By the way, my insurance is posted right here on this web site as one of the carriers that is accepted by this office. That might be something the certified insurance expert should be on top of.

Dr. Tedesco is wonderful. She explains everything thoroughly and never rushes. There's always some anxiety that comes along with my visits but she has a very calm demeanor and its appriciated. The exams that I have are pretty involved but they have all the latest equipment to be able to do the job. The staff in both facilities are first class and profesional. I really can't think of one negative thing about my visit.
