I was there as a friend who was having eye surgery on Dec.2, 2025. I rarely write reviews but the general staff there were at best indifferent and specifically the nurse in aftercare was rude and uncaring. Worst care ever.

Well I guess the place is OK but I encountered more rude uncaring people (3/5). The witch at the desk is rigid and cold. I have arthritis really bad, I couldn't turn my hand like she wanted ( for the Armband! How is it that can be placed ONLY with your hand perfectly flat, palm up?!) she grabbed my wrist and gave it a hard twist! I hate it there!

The nurses are the best. I had surgery on both my eyes and I did not make it easy for them. I suffer from claustrophobia but with their help I got through it. They knew my concerns and went to great lengths to get me through the procedure.

I don't know where to begin .Very professional,very nice and caring.Received a full explanation of what was to transpire- from the front desk,the anesthesiologist and the doctor . I was very pleased that they,as well as the doctor,called me personally as a follow-up.I recommend these people because they genuinely care about their patients.Thank you!
