Valley Eye Institute Is the best. They have a great staff that takes care of your needs. Dr. Ward is great. He answers all my questions. Has excellent bed side manner. Treats his clients like humans instead of dollars. He takes time to explain every procedure and what the outcome should be, provided you follow all instructions.There hasn't been any of the staff I haven't liked.. Jane his wife is also excellent at explaining what she's going to do. She also helps get the best price of prescription eye drops that a person can afford. I highly recommend Valley Eye Institute. I won't go anywhere else. The Doctors are up to date on the latest technology and have the skills and knowledge of how to use and when to use different techniques and equipment to achieve the best outcome for their clients.

Dr Ward always is considerate and personable. Gave me reassurance on my eye problem that it will clear on its own. And was given an appointment less than 24 from when I called.

Was glad they were able to figure out my issues with dry eye. Previous eye doctors were unable to determine the cause of my dry eyes.

Dr Adam Altman did a fantastic job replacing my cataract with the upgraded IOL Lifestyle implant combined with Lensx laser technology and ORA System for astigmatism correction. My procedure was on a Tuesday, and I could see clearly afterwards, no discomfort whatsoever. When Dr Ward checked my eye the following day he said it looked great, said it looked like it had been done a week ago, no swelling, no redness, complimenting Dr Altman. Today, two days later, it is even more clear. I am having my right eye cataract replaced with the same procedure two weeks from the date of the left eye. I highly recommend Valley Eye Institute, Dr Altman, and Dr Ward.
