I saw Dr. Bornhorst at the Piqua location. I have very high anxiety when it involves my eyes, I let everyone know in the office about this issue, even Dr. Bornhorst. He tried looking closely into my eye with a machine three times. The numbing drops had already wore off and I mentioned this. After the third time he tried looking into my eyes, he pushed his stool back really quick, threw his hands up and told me I needed to go see another doctor. I've had cancer for almost 5 years, so I have had seen plenty of doctors, he was one of the worst ones. No patience at all. I do not recommend him to anyone. I found a new doctor who is kind and really listens to his patients.

Just completed two cataract surgeries and I'm very pleased with the whole process. The staff displays true professionalism and the level of care they show is above and beyond expectations. From the O.R. nurses to the doctors and everyone in between, they all receive a 10 out of 10 from me. I highly recommend the Valley Eye Institute for all your vision needs!
