Had an appointment with the Dr. at Midwest vision center in Piqua He fix me up with a 90 day supply of mono vision contact lenses started having trouble with the right eye which was prescribed, for the distant eye. He took me in and refracted me then the right eye continued to get worse. He then told me it was due to Cataracts and if it continued to get any worse to let him know, and he would refract my left eye for distance. As my right eye continue to get worse. I called his office and told his assistant I need to be seen. She said she would let him know what was going on when I called back to see what he had suggested, hoping to be seen soon asap was told they could not get me in for another month. I explain to them that I needed to be seen sooner that I could not see well at all. The only thing Midwest vision center would do for me was put me on the cancellation waiting list. Not very happy with the service. I trusted him.

Exceptionally timely, gave complete exam and advice. The lady's at front desk are professional and friendly as well.
