I went here for the first time and was very impressed. My husband went here about a year ago and liked the service and glasses he got so I decided to try them. After a bad experience at another vision place up the street, I was a little skeptical. The doctor here, Dr. Kover, was very nice and very thorough. He took his time and answered all my questions. Bill was very helpful with my new glasses. He measured and compared my new prescription with my order to make sure it was right. I love my new glasses!!

This was a great experience! Walked in, was greeted by the people working. The store was clean and tidy. I was helped by an older gentleman who was very knowledgeable and personable. He helped me understand what my insurance was going to cover and was very efficient. My glasses, both pairs, were ready in under an hour. I was then helped by a very nice young woman, who made sure they fit correctly. Definitely will be a return customer! Unlike you competitor down the road, I didn't feel like just a number. I felt like a valued customer and I think that's important.

Amazing place!!! Glasses in an HOUR!!!!??? They are not lying! I walked in to be greeted and smiled at by practically everyone there. Colin (cool whip) was super cool and listened to me ramble about why I needed glasses in an hour and then talked me through the very short process... picked out my glasses, paid and went grocery shopping and they texted me in 47 minutes to say they had my glasses!!! INCREDIBLE!!! The glasses are top notch and better than the ones I paid double for!! (Actually I got two pair and they were still cheaper than the pair I got from the doctor with insurance) Great job!!

Customer service was amazing, but I went there to get a pair of glasses in an hour before a trip out of town which didn't happened due to "frames being ordered" but I did get the sunglasses with in an hour. Their selection is huge, our insurance now covers them, the optometrist was very nice, staff was very welcoming so I gave 5 stars. Waiting another two weeks is oh well it happens.
