Babcock Eye Care

Not the best service I've had. Too long to get in. Then longer for another appointment 5 months away. Life's to short to wait on these people. I can find better.

I was scheduled in July for and eye Dr. appointment in December. Only to show up at appointment and was told it had been canceled. Which neither me or my wife canceled it. They said they couldn't work us in today even with no one setting in the waiting area. Our insurance runs out December 31st but they can't get us in till next year.

I went to Babcock eye care twice. The Docters were great. How ever I had trouble with the optician the first time when my lens came out of my glasses the first time The first Time in one week.!! The Optician said she would see about fixing them they never called Back,!! We went to the office a couple months later for her to tale me it would be $76 Dollars to fix them.!! so Wearing Backup glasses for a year.!! I was told that they had Hired a new Optician . !! So I went for another Eye exam with Taylor who was Great.!! The new Optician was Better thin the last at Fitting Frames.!! I get my new Glasses.!! Have them a Couple months and the Lens falls out again.!! So having to resort to wearing Back up glasses again I went to someone else who said the Frame was not cut Properly in the Lab.!! Both Doctors are Fantastic at What they Do.!!

Last May (2023) I had an odd floater appear in my left eye. Knowing from an experience my Mom had with it, I knew that an unusual and distracting floater can be a sign of your retina tearing. So I called my Doctors office for a referral. The office they referred me to could not see me, but were so concerned that they made a call on my behalf to Babcock Eye Care, who, because it was a possible eye emergency, got me in right away. Thankfully, my retina was not starting to tear, but instead is something that Dr Babcock explained happens to some people as they age. But he kept watch on my eyes for a while. Though I will have the floater for the rest of my life, I was so relieved and thankful to find out that I was not losing my sight. I'm thankful to Dr Taylor Babcock and the entire staff at Babcock Eye Care for getting me in so quickly back then.

Dr. Babcock's office is always great!!! They are great with the kiddos and they have always been so welcoming. From the staff to the doctors, there is not one complaint from me nor my family!

Dr. Taylor did my 4 year olds 1st check up. He is very thorough and makes the checkup very fun for the kids.

Best eye doctor I've every had! Start with father now have son.... excellent service!
