I've been going here for many years. When Dr Carson was there. My Mom went to school with him. All my care there has been excellent My insurance stopped covering so I paid for my last glasses myself. That's how much I love their variety. Excellent service. Friendly. Dr Rais is professional and nice. Makes you feel comfortable. Doctors can make me nervous at times lol. But he's top of his field. I recommend Portsmouth Vision highly. My favorite is Tomi. She's the only one who can adjust my glasses and she's got personality galore.

They seen me quickly, less than 5 minutes after my arrival.
Everyone was friendly, and clear in their test instructions.
The staff member in the eyeglasses area, was also friendly, and was able to explain my insurance benefits vs cost, in an effective way that made it easy to understand.
Id definitely recommend them, and will be using them for my follow-ups, from now on.
