Dr. Papp always remembers me and our conversations- even though I only see her annually. She answers my questions and always has time for giving me Individual care. All of the office staff are Wonderful as well-Helpful and patient.

There's a great vibe in the clinic. I've been seeing Dr. Papp for years, and I'm always happy with the service--every part of the process is a good experience. I just visited again today and noticed they've added some new equipment that made the visit even more interesting and fun. The optician is wonderful--his calm energy makes me feel truly welcome and at ease. The receptionist is also incredibly sweet and polite, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere. Every time I leave the clinic, I feel happy, cared for, and completely satisfied. I'm very grateful to have such a professional and kind team taking care of my vision.

I recently had a set of dry eye procedures done here and the results exceeded my expectation's. I noticed a big difference not long after my first few treatments--my eyes feel so much better now. Dr. Papp and her team were great and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Highly recommend if you're dealing with dry eyes!

Very pleasant place and friendly personnel. Best optometrist I have ever had! And loved the art work in the office walls from Worthington Area Art League BC (before Covid). Bring it back and may Google share some of the electricians and concrete they are buying up in central Ohio!!
