Portage Vision Care

I have been going to Portage Vision Care for maybe 4 or 5 years now. Aside form the place close to home and work, I like the friendly and professional atmosphere. It's easy to get an appointment. Dr. Marchand gives a detailed explanation of the exams and the process he's doing. He always look at my medical history and ask if there are any changes. Tracie is so patient and kind when I have to decide which frame to get and honest to tell me if it fits well and look good. I always end up choosing what she recommneds. It also does not take long to wait for the eyeglasses to get done. I can go there anytime they ar open to have my eyeglasses adjusted. I highly recommend this place.

I always have a great experience here! All the staff and Dr. Marchand are so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. I took my daughter here for the first time yesterday, which any appointment like this can be a scary experience for a 5 year old, but she also had a great experience and left saying how much she likes her new doctor!

Very positive experience so far. PVC was very quick in responding to my msg for an appointment and found one within a few days. Friendly staff, warm environment, Dr. Greg was professional and thorough yet also personable. Looking forward to improved vision!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They explained each test and step in the process. They explained options after exam was finished. They even told me I didn't need new glasses because there was only a slight change in my prescription. Intend on using them in the future.

I've dealt with Dr Marchand at Portage Vision 3 or 4 times over the last 6 years. He and the team have always been friendly, gracious, professional, and thorough. My insurance coverage changed, but I still go to him.

First time here after 20+ years with my other optometrist so my expectations were high. Definitely pleasantly surprised. Staff is very professional and kind. The Dr. Was fabulous and met every expection I was hoping for. I found my new optometrist.

This was my first time at portage vision! They were all so wonderful. Everyone was so kind and they got me in, in less than 2 weeks as a new patient!!
