The only lost cause was the pair of trifocals that I bent up way, way too much. They always use the latest examination methods. The technicians have been there forever, for the most part. Off street parking is behind the building and plentiful. The frame selection is enormous for discount frames and way,way up. Each new pair of recent frames had available clip on sunglasses. Always, for much of the last 30 years I found them and unless new ownership ruins it, it worth returning unless you move or die.

There wasn't much to resolve; it was simply a matter of calling the MetLife insurance company to identify the issue. I attempted to explain this to the receptionist a few times, but she was uninterested in helping. The clinic I visited resolved the problem quickly with just one phone call to the insurance company. Generally, providers go the extra mile for their customers because they know how to manage such situations. It's extremely disappointing to see this clinic fail to do the same, as it reflects a clear lack of care for your customers!!!!!!

We love the wide variety of glasses they have to offer and the staff is always very kind. My little girl got her first pair of glasses and they made her experience a wonderful one. I just had my first appointment here and it was such a pleasant experience! The ladies at the front desk were all extremely friendly and helpful. The optician was the sweetest and Dr. Baldwin made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I'm so happy I found this place and chose based on these reviews! They are a great group of people. I would definitely recommend here. & the office was the cutest!
