One of the most unprofessional practices I've ever been to. I was scheduled at 1pm waited and waited for the staff to come back from lunch. Finally at 1:10 ( 15minutes after their posted lunch hour ended) They got back and I was able to be seen. Only to be told 3-4 times I wasn't covered by my insurance that I knew for a fact I was. She typed something in wrong and finally fixed her mistake and got it to work after I called my insurance company. Ridiculous. Not the first time I've had an issue but it will be the last

Incredibly unprofessional. I scheduled the first appt of the day at 8:30. They unlocked the door precisely at 8:30 and stuck me in a room. By 9:10 when no one had said another world to me I walked out. My time is important and I don't have time to take off work to sit and wait when I was on time. No respect.
