My review is for Ellen! She has helped me over the past 2 months after going to an established eye Dr. in another town, a place I had went for 40+ yrs!! I went in to Walmart in Dec. 2025, spoke with Ellen approx. 5 times on separate stops. She has been helpful, kind, spent some time trying to figure out why the glasses from my old place just wasn't working. I am now in the process of ordering either lenses and/or complete pair of glasses at Walmart. I also talked today with Emma, she's in training. She was very sweet and nice as well. Got my fingers crossed!!!

The Eye Dr.is handsome but very down to earth and has a lot of knowledge about eyes .I picked up my bifocal glasses today 1/ 9/2026. The staff is also nice.I come from Piqua to get them but it's worth the trip to get the best service. .

My first time getting prescription glasses from here, and was pleasantly surprised. An excellent selection of glasses with different name brands and styles. The whole process was very easy and customer service was excellent. When I received my new glasses about a week or so later the folks there were very helpful, and I was very surprised at the quality of the glasses. The first time that I have ever received a pair of glasses that did not make my eyes go cross-eyed when putting them on and my prescription hasn't changed in the last three or four years. That being said previous eyeglass stores local and online have not done as good a job as the Walmart vision center did. The prices are great, service was great, and overall a very pleasant and professional experience. I would highly recommend folks coming here. Use your HSA and/or insurance. They take VSP and others!

The Optometrist here is AMAZING only doctor is my 30+ years to get my script right, my sons old eye doctor got his prescription completed wrong and the Optometrist here was able to catch abd correct it! It's hard to find good doctors you can trust and he is definitely one of them!! I 100 percent recommend!!!

My glasses got broke over night last night, so I had to call pretty much all over today to find an eye doctor to get new glasses, I had no luck. So, I found my last prescription for glasses, brought it here, and the wonderful woman helped me, even made my day so much better. She was able to help me order a new pair, and even added asap on the order. I'm so pleased, and beyond happy. I'd recommend the Walmart vision center to anyone

The doctor was very rude and he seemed like I was in his way and taking up his time. And that was the fastest eye test I've ever taken, it lasted a whole 10 minutes and the workers in the lobby are very good and nice just don't see the doctor, he needs to be replaced with someone that has feelings for everyone they have in the office.

I think this place is great. Went in and got my exam and my glasses first, love my glasses. The exam was quick. Went back to get my contacts and I am doing a week trial right now to see if I like them first, if not he will put me in another pair to try. It was really easy to find a pair for me that is so far comfortable for me and not drying. Great place.

These guys are excellent! They deserve more then 5 stars. I miss going to them bc always friendly and they know what they're doing and great selection of Glasses. Unlike the vision center in Troy, Ohio...we quit there bc Felicia the mgr and the staff are rude and hateful.
