Phenomenal folks work here! The entire staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Ashleigh is truly a gem! She was nice over the phone and even better in person. It's rare to come across such good customer service now and SVS Vision has created a standard of excellence. Give these people a raise!

She was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful to everyone who walked through the door. Ashleigh took the time to explain each step of the process and let me know exactly what to expect next, which made my visit smooth and stress-free. As a first-time patient at this location, she made such a lasting impression that I would confidently recommend this office to anyone in the Cleveland area. I've been going to the SVS Vision in South Euclid since 2018. The service there has been professional through each segment of the process. The staff is so friendly and tremendously helpful. I cannot say enough to totally describe the experience but, I look forward to seeing them every year and throughout the year when my glasses need an adjustment or just stop in to say hello. I had my regular annual eye exam scheduled. In the week before that, I started having some other health issues that included vision changes. Dr. Rais and the team were able to switch to a medical appointment and get the images needed to indicate I need to go to the ER. I was obviously anxious and scared and Dr. Rais was so calm, gentle, and helpful. I truly, truly appreciate him and the entire team for their care and compassion. The staff are great! When you schedule an appointment at a certain time , you don't wait they call you, the dr is nice and professional I was in and out in 30-40 mins

Everyone at the Cleveland Euclid location was really patient and enjoyable to work with, was mainly working with the manager she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me on the floor with finding the best glasses. Really great place over there with awesome employees.
