I really like the Doctor but he needs to take more control of his staff. They are very rude & have zero concept of an indoor voice. I had a problem with my insurance because of a computer glitch instead of picking up the phone they thought it would be easier to just humiliate me loudly in front of a waiting room full of people. The Doctor who is a good Christian person wouldn't tolerate this if he knew about it but the really rude gate keeper at the front desk wouldn't let me talk to anyone else. This will be my last visit with them sadly after years of being a customer.

I've been going to Dr. Jagala since I moved back here in 2004 and I have to say that I'm never going to see anyone else. He's the only Dr that actually has no problem talking to me and not "at" me. He always explains everything as well as he never fails to ask me if I have questions. I highly recommend Dr Jagala. His front desk has attitude problems at times but mostly those girls are friendly. We all have bad days.

Receptionists are awful and extremely unprofessional, especially the main older lady. I have gone to Dr. Jagela for many years. Love him and the ones that work in the glasses dept. But after several awful and disrespectful experiences at the desk, I will not be back.

All employees that took care of us were extremely pleasant. I do not have one negative remark. The office was exceptionally clean. And the Doctor was very kind and friendly.

not even client yet looking for new eye doctor and their website says 7:30 am they open then google says 8am and when you call the number before 9 am you get an answering service that tells you the office doesnt accept calls before 9am if they cant make up their mind on when to open and being told that its not their problem that their website is wrong and being told very rudly im not in charge of the website i wont be going here

I see a couple bad reviews for this place, saying someone shows up late for appointment and they should have been taken before the person who was late, sorry but you have to wait your turn. Staff is very friendly and courteous, doctor is also very nice, I tried other places but didn't get the friendly professional service like you do here, I'd recommend this place to anyone. I know I'll never change love the staff.
