I experienced a thorough and professional eye exam and consultation. Dr. Linda Sedlacek spent the time with me to explain results and options for me. Extraordinary customer care was provided.

Dr. Sedlacek was absolutely AMAZING! She satiated after hours and came in on her day off to treat my eye injury. She treated me like a person. I'm done with the cold corporate run businesses out there that are more interested in getting paid than in making sure I am getting the proper treatment to heal and move on whether from an injury like in my case or just a regular checkup. I highly recommend! Also, the young lady at the front desk, cheerfully took my call and it was probably minutes before closing! Most businesses are shut down 15 minutes beforehand and staff are complaining... not the case here. Kudos to her too.

I've had progressive glasses for 20 years and Bella made, by far, the worst lenses that I've ever had. If you want a quality pair of glasses, go elsewhere. In reply to Bella's response, it took me a while to determine that it was not my older eyes but the substandard glasses that were causing my issues. If Bella can't produce a good set of specs initially, what makes me think that they could do it a second time? I was fortunate that I had better optometrists previously so I went to another optometrist to see if I could get my old vision back. If Bella were the first place I visited for glasses, I probably would have thought that is the best I corretion that I could experience. I'm a patient individual and make sure that I am correct prior to asking someone to expend time and effort unnecessarily. If people have only visited Bella,, they may not realize how improved their vision can become. Also, they may not realize that annual eye exams are sufficient and you can get good glasses on the first try. But, some may enjoy multiple doctor visits. I have better things to occupy my time.

Dr. Sedlacek is very personable, kind and caring. She was a pleasure to talk with and to discuss any questions or concerns. My sincere gratitude for your skill and expertise. The office staff is outstanding! Friendly and warm office.
