Eyetique - Stow

I called for an appointment for a medical issue with my eyes. I was fully expecting to not be scheduled for weeks. They were able to get me in same day, which was so appreciated. The staff and Dr. were very friendly, professional and helpful. Office is very nice and very clean.

So I wanted to go here against my family's request. I should have listened to others, but like always, I have to find out on my own if a company is crappy or not. Everyone was pleasant, but when you first come in they try to upsell you. Really? The front Receptionist is going to sell me crap that I do not need, and not covered by insurance!! Stop doing this. People are not stupid. We will not complain, but we will not be coming back and will tell others. Also, when you pick up your glasses, that you spent a fortune on, they put the glasses in a cheap plastic glass case. Glad I had this experience, but I will not be coming back.

If I could give this place a higher rating, I surely would! From the moment you walk in, to the exam, to picking out glasses, to walking out the door, this place is DEFINITELY the place to go! The staff are not only knowledgeable and intelligent, they are also very welcoming and friendly. If you have any questions or concerns, they make you feel comfortable enough to speak with them and they give you clear answers. I have had vision issues my whole life, and I have lived in many different states with many different eye doctors. But this place is better than ANY other place I've been to. I was able to get two pairs of glasses with all the bells and whistles for an extremely fair price. You get what you pay for, and these glasses are absolutely flawless. One thing extremely special about this place is the fact that even though I have social anxiety, I felt comfortable here. The staff here offers an environment that makes people of all ages and backgrounds feel safe. I have recommended this place to family and friends, which they have all said the same thing. This place is absolutely amazing and I would recommend anyone to come here!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the customer service I received from the front desk staff at Eyetique Store in Stow at 3330 KENT RD STOW. I contacted the store seeking a lens quote over the phone. The representative I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also displayed a remarkably rude demeanor. Specifically, the staff member failed to adequately explain the store's policy regarding phone-based lens quotes. Instead of providing a clear and professional explanation, the conversation was abruptly terminated when the staff member hung up the phone. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer inquiries is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. Effective communication and respectful customer interaction are fundamental aspects of any service-oriented business. The experience I had falls far short of these basic expectations. I urge Eyetique Store management to address this issue promptly to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar treatment.

I called four offices, including my normal eye doctors, and no one could fit me in for a same day appointment. Eyetique came through! Excellent service. Friendly staff. Dr. Meredith listened to my concerns, gave a thorough eye exam and gave a helpful solution.

The front desk reception was attentive, pleasant & on point! The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough & kind! I just loved the staff there! They all made my appointment stress free!

Do not come to this place. I had a horrible experience with the workers. The doctors were sweet and nice. This place upsells or adds charges to your bill. I denied the retinal scanning and yet they still managed to charge my account with it. They are not transparent with their customers about pricing on glasses and what else comes with them. I do not mind paying for glasses but I do dislike when doctors who are supposed to help you, up charge you things you didn't want or didn't even need. I would never come here again, even if it is just to get my prescription.

From start to finish, it was such an easy appointment. They even get you in quickly! Dr. Tran and her team were kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took her time with me and explained things that I didn't know. She has such a calm diameter. They made my new patient experience very comfortable. Explained the billing process with insurance in the beginning and at the end when it was time to pick out products needed. I love how patient they were as I picked out frames too! So many options to chose from. Thank you! Looking forward to seeing you guys again.
