I am so grateful there's a doctor like Dr. Zajac around here! I've been dealing with poor vision my whole life and always disliked going to the eye doctor until sitting in her chair. She is intelligent & professional yet has a calm, friendly demeanor. When my baby had an eye issue, I immediately thought the worst and she was there to talk me through the condition until I felt comfortable moving forward.

I highly recommend Dr. Zajac at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons! She is extremely knowledgable and happy to answer any question you throw her way. She truly takes her time during your eye examination which I appreciate - we've all seen the doctor who is in a hurry during your appointment but it's clear that it's really important to her to provide great care to her patients- and she definitely does that! She is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons.

I was led t to believe she was an ophthalmologist by the staff because I asked for one. She did nothing to dissuade me of this belief. In my opinion, she was adversarial when confronted with questions of which she didn't have answers. And, rather than saying, I'll look into that, or I'm not an ophthalmologist, she drew a hardline of non-knowledge saying in not so many words, ""I'm the doctor, and you aren't". She's not a doctor of medicine. She's an optometrist. She didn't want to do her homework in my instance, and I'd never recommend her.
