America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My daughter's eye exam went very well today thanks to the wonderful staff. Lisa was so extremely friendly and made sure she explained everything she was doing during the pre test. Dr. Duke is wonderful as well, he answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We will schedule all of our eye exams here from now on. Thank you so much!

I had my very first appointment here today, and I have to say I am very pleased. As soon as I walked in, the front desk woman was so kind, asking me how I was doing and making the check in process very easy! Then I was greeted by Jocelyn. She was very nice, made me feel very comfortable. It seemed they were a little short staffed, but Jocelyn stepped in and did my pre-check exam and worked the sales floor! During my pre check exam, I had to do the puff of air test. Everyone hates this, and I had some anxiety about it. Jocelyn made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety! Dr. Duke was also fantastic, helping me find a good prescription and explaining everything very well! During check out, Jocelyn explained how everything broke down price wise, and chatted with me like I was an old friend! Over all, a great experience, I can't wait to go pick up my new frames in a few weeks!

Decided to stop in and check out the selection of frames. I'm hard to fit because of my narrow face. Jocelyn was great. She found several frames for me. She was very helpful in helping me choose the right fit. Jocelyn was very friendly and easy to work with. I felt the pricing was very reasonable compared to other optical stores. I would definitely go back America's Best.

It was a great experience. Jocelyn took the time to really help me with an insurance issue and to purchase contacts. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was professional and respectful and I will be back to see her for glasses!

I came to Strongsville's America's best because I was having some issues at the Parma location and it was a complete 180. Everyone greeted me with a smile and Jocelyn took the best care of me! I was there to get glasses and she walked me through every step and gave great recommendations. I came to pick up my glasses today and the guy that took care of me today, again, walked me through absolutely everything so I could truly understand what I was getting into. I walked out feeling very informed, and he answered all my questions without me even asking.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Jocelyn! She helped me pick out the perfect frames and was incredibly patient, attentive, and kind throughout the entire process. She truly listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Jocelyn was very considerate and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Outstanding customer service like hers makes such a difference--I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend working with her!

i went in to strongsville today to order contacts. jocelyn had a full showroom of people behind me but she was patient, kind , thorough and professional. she even had a call for someone checking on an order and she was calm and took the callers information and promised to check on the order and call her back.

what an amazing experience I had on 12/19!!!! from start to finish I felt so comfortable, like I was hanging with friends! Chris Anne took care of my pre appointment! absolutely a gift to this company/store!!! she took her time made sure I was comfortable, explained what she was doing! amazing! then went upfront with jocelyn, lisa and des! the girls made me laugh and were so helpful and kind! can not recommend this store enough! thanks girls!
