Andros Gagliani Eye Center

I am grateful to have Dr. Andros and her staff, Gina and Ingrid, as my eye care team. What were annual visits in the past became much more frequent this year as we worked to calm down inflammation from dry eye. It was discouraging for me at first since dry eye is chronic, but they taught me how to manage it. I always felt supported, and even enjoyed the appointments. They truly care and motivate me to stick with my routine, I want to express my thanks to them.

This practice is outstanding. Dr. Paula and her team are competent, efficient and friendly. Dr. Paula uses the latest technology and really cares about her patients. She has been my doctor for over 10 years and is highly respected.

Dr. Paula Andros is amazing! She goes out of her way to help her patients, including finding special pharmacies where prescriptions are a fraction of the price of regular pharmacies. You never feel rushed when you're with her... she takes as much time as needed to ensure the best possible care. As well, the choice of frames available is incredible!!

Dr Andros basically saved my vision. My dry eye is so much better. She goes out of her way to help and make things work for me. Office staff are amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, while being helpful and down to earth (stylish too!). I would highly recommend.

Dr. Andros is an excellent eye doctor. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I started going to her practice years ago through the recommendation of a friend. It is obvious that she takes pride in her work and her practice. She is thorough and explains everything. Her staff is wonderful as well. They are very helpful and personable. Through my personal experience, if you are having an eye issue or you need a regular eye exam, I would strongly recommend Dr Andros!

Professional, compassionate, comfortable, and personalized. I had my very first appointment with Dr. Andros today and I was impressed. Even though my exam was fairly routine, she showed me all of my scans/images and explained her observations clearly and concisely. I have never had an eye doctor take the time to do that. I left her exam room feeling confident that my eye health was in good hands. When it came time to choose my frames, her staff took the time to make sure that I decided on a pair that I really wanted. They were friendly and enthusiastic. The "showroom" is stylish and well kept, and they have a great selection of frames. I never felt rushed, and I never felt like my time was being wasted. I'm so happy that I discovered this office and I won't trust my eye health to anyone else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Andros for a number of years. She is excellent for routine eye exams--so thorough. I love the glasses I've gotten from Andros-Gagliani, too. Recently, I woke up with a terribly red and irritated eye and called her office. The opticians were so accommodating and were able to fit me in. Dr. Andros was so kind and caring; she truly helped me. I would recommend Andros-Gagliani Eye Center to anyone looking for quality eye care and designer eyeglasses.

I could write a 1,000 word glowing review of Dr Andros, but will try to keep it short! We have been going there since we moved to Strongsville in 2014. I am used to eye doctors mainly just checking on prescription changes and 30,000 foot view of eye health. Dr Andros is much more thorough and greatly cares for her patients. We have actually discovered an underlying health condition because of Dr Andros being so thorough and persistent. Plus the staff is extremely helpful and nice. I have an appointment once or twice a year, and they treat me like they know me as if I come in once or twice a week. I am lucky that they are 5 minutes from my house, but if we ever move I will gladly continue to make the drive out there.
