This is an awesome practice with a wonderful friendly and helpful staff. The office maintains the very best state of the art testing and evaluation equipment. Because of that they offer a no dilation exam option. Dr. Simmons is one of the very best eye doctors I have ever been to. He is friendly, professional and takes his time to make sure your appointment is the best it can possibly be. Glad he is younger than me so I'll have him for the rest ofmy life.

I've been going to see Dr. Simmons for many years. He and his staff are all friendly and professional. They take time to answer questions and have conversations. I love that the office is conveniently located inside Costco, but as an independent operator they do accept all credit cards including American Express which Costco no longer accepts. They take all other cards, cash and checks too for a variety of convenient payment options. The friendly staff is very helpful and while there is a small wait for a regular appointment, the wait is very reasonable for a prescription appointment and eye exam.

He takes his time and is incredibly thorough Doctor. He really goes above and beyond with his patients and is very articulate and professional. Very respectable and kind Doctor.

The office is impossible to get a hold of. I went to Costco optical out of convenience and I will not be returning. They upsold me on this "test" to take pictures of my eye, but incorrectly read the results and sent me on a wild goose chase to a RETINA SPECIALIST, Telling me that I had a TORN RETINA and I will lose my vision??? So clearly I am panicked and worried as they presented that to me concerned that my vision will be gone by the weekend, Went to the retina specialist and after 4.5 hours of poking, dying my eyes, IVs, they told me their machine needed to be serviced as it was likely DUST and my eyes are perfect. So now I am stuck with a $900 bill and a ruined weekend, and short a PTO day. The doctor called me and said there was nothing he could do about it and basically gaslit me.

went to Dr. Simmons for new contacts. it had been a couple of years since I wore them but I had always wore a specific brand because I had had trouble with others. he refused to let me try on my regular brand and was very insistent that the yellow box he was offering would work great for me despite the fact that getting them in my eyeballs in front of him literally burnt. he just said my eyes weren't used to it anymore. I never did get used to that box because it just felt like putting vinegar in my eyes. I ended up going to my old optometrist in my home state. was able to get a box of hydraclears with no pushback, and the doctor was flabbergasted that someone would suggest I keep something in my eye that hurts. also, it turned out that the prescription I got from Simmons was incorrect. thanks Dr. Simmons for sending me a reminder card telling me I need to come see you even after me coming in with complaints that you never resolved. I had forgotten to leave a review and that was a good reminder

Dr. Simmons and his staff are kind, attentive, and wonderful! Dr. Simmons explained things clearly, and in simple terms. He took his time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining. Very pleased with his practice! Thank you!

Dr Paul is a true professional and very easy to talk to. He dosen't push "revenue" add ons and explains things in simple terms. I would recommend him to anyone.
