First I don't really like leaving review but this time I will. I always go to Walmart to get my prescription glasses and I told him to get his done there but he wanted to try and see this place that looks better. But I/we made a big mistake. So I wanted to share this experience. So my partner and I went here to get his glasses done on February 7 he really likes the doctor he such knowledgeable and good and a friendly one, then he said he will come back to this place because of the doctor. I did like him to so I decided to make an appointment the following weekend February 14 but it's a different doctor that's fine by me coz he is also has some knowledge. As much as I want to give it a good star review for the doctors I couldn't because of the glasses service or I would say up front representative's they so unprofessional and can't do their job after the fact they sell you the expensive frames glasses like my partner he hasn't recieve his yet up until till now it's been past 1 MONTH and for my glasses has been past 3 weeks the WORST of them is they never call you for 2 weeks to let you know if the glasses came in. I never received a call , he tried to call them 5x more more likely every day after the normal 2weeks wait no answer or it will take you to voice mail. So he decided to go to the store and they just really don't care at all because mine came in and never got a call and a lot of alibis that they even blame it to FEDEX. And we stop yesterday to pick up mine they weren't even open when they were supposed to be during business hours. It's really a bad experience so Not only do we say we don't recommend. We also say don't go or go with your own risk.

Great experience I did not feel rushed Dr who examined my eyes, took his time and answered all my questions, no, they told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get my new glasses. I'm going out of town in 2 1/2 weeks so I'm hoping and praying I'll have my new glasses. I will keep you all posted on the timeframe to see if the glasses are on time which is very important.

The Dr was so sweet and personable. She made an instant impression. I felt comfortable and like I was just visiting a friend. Everything was explained to me throughout the visit. And I was even able to get my frames that I had purchased elsewhere filled there!

The exam was great. The prescription was spot on. The prices were way to high and it took twice as long for my glasses to arrive. Over 3 weeks and about $500 later I got my glasses. Just for information, the store never answers phone calls. I finally drove to the store!

Had an awesome experience during my eye exam visit. The receptionist right friendly, and helping me pick up my glasses. The doctor was very knowledgeable. I would refer family and friends.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and that made me feel like I was important to them. They were very professional and helpful when it came to choosing glasses and frames.

Please don't even waste your time with this place. They are so unprofessional. They will get on here and reply to reviews talking about how they're short staffed and working on getting more people. Yet they have no signs on the door letting you know why they're closed and when they plan to be open. How in the world are you not open on a Friday (12/12) at all? My husband spent over $500 on glasses and sunglasses. The first order the sunglass lenses were scratched, and on the regular pair of glasses, the whole lense Rx was wrong and had to be redone. They ordered more and said it would be two weeks. We have not heard anything and it's been over two weeks. The whole process started 10/31/25 and here we are 12/13/25 with nothing. No communication. No way to get ahold of anyone. NOTHING! We (along with several other people pulling up in the parking lot) showed up today 12/13 to check and see if maybe someone wasn't answering the phone due to being busy. No. Closed for no reason again when their business hours say they are to be OPENED. The only sign on the door mentioning a change in hours is for JUNE 2025. PLUS.. they have two stickers on their door from Fed ex and UPS due to missed deliveries because they weren't opened when they should have been. That should tell you how well they keep up on their store. So if your glasses are supposed to be in right now and you're not getting a call or they try to feed you a line when you do get ahold of them, this is why your glasses aren't there. Because they can't be bothered to show up and accept the deliveries. Pearle Vision should be ashamed for allowing this. Please do not respond with excuses. There are none. My only recommendation for this place is to NOT BOTHER! We will never be back. This is a horrible way to run a business and frankly I can't believe corporate is allowing this.

Such a friendly and competent staff. Dr. Matta was excellent! She gave me recommendations for my dry eyes as a result of cataract surgery. A nice and bright space in an easy to find location.
