Dr. Perlmutter and his staff are wonderful. I have been to several optometrists since 1956. This particular office treats you great. They are prompt, accurate, caring, and fun to visit. I highly recommend Dr. Donald Perlmutter. He was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have thanked her several times for doing so. As the commercial says, "Try it, you'll like it."

Although my experience is always pleasant and satisfying at Twinsburg Eye Associates, I recently had an experience I would like to share. My daily wear glasses, which I cannot see without, were recently lost in a freak accident. I ran up to the local mall and to a "1 hour" glasses place to simply be able to see again quickly. Long story short, although they were helpful in the moment, they could not get my prescription totally clear. They could not figure out why and were adamant that this was as good as I was going to see. Needing the glasses, I had them make them. For 2 weeks, I tried to convince myself that, maybe, I was seeing as good as I was able. Knowing that Dr. Perlmutter always had me seeing more clearly (perhaps even having made me a bit of a vision-snob because of it), I called and made an appointment. During the examination, Dr. Perlmutter pinpointed exactly what the other doc had missed and, as a result, had me seeing perfectly once again! There is no question that the number one person who will be taking care of my eye care until the day he retires (please don't anytime soon) is Dr. Donald Perlmutter. Thank you for both the exceptional care and caring that both you and your entire office offer.

This past February was my first visit with Dr. Donald Perlmutter. Over the last 30 years, I have seen several Optometrists and Dr. Perlmutter seemed the most knowledgeable and most able to answer questions fully that I had. He also had more advanced equipment like a digital eye scanner. He showed me the images from this scanner and explained these images very well. I would definitely recommend him if you are in need of an Optometrist.

I have been going to Dr. Perlmutters for several years. I am so happy to have found such wonderful vision care specialist in the Twinsburg area. They are an awesome family of people who know how to treat clients and know how to help with your vision needs. Very friendly Very Knowledgeable Very Recommended.

I had broken my glasses and could not be without them. I went into Twinsburg Eye in a state of panic - their experienced staff was able to put a temporary temple on my glasses so that I would not have to be without them. My glasses were a limited edition and were no longer made. They contacted the manufacturer, who then sent out an email and found my matching temple and had it shipped to Twinsburg Eye. I went in and in a matter of 10 minutes, they were able to put the new temple on and I was never without my glasses. Their customer service was Top Notch - going above and beyond.

Dr. Perlmutter is a very kind and skilled doctor. He helped fitted my RGP contacts perfectly. I'm really glad to be able to find him when I was in Twinsburg.

They are nice and have some appointments at 5 or later. They've honored the warranty on my glasses when they broke and were nice about it.
