I tried Pearle Vision for the first time after years of being with the same provider. Dr. Ford was very helpful and efficient, and I really liked having the option to have a deep photo taken of my eyes as opposed to having them dilated-- something my previous provider never offered me. The real star of the show though was Maureen. She was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, and thorough when it came to helping me choose my frames and lenses (I bought 2). She was very good about helping me navigate benefits and understanding my coverage, the differences between the types of lenses, and just overall helping me figure out what frames might look nice and be a good fit (she took multiple pictures for me to compare and look at). I am really excited to get my new glasses and will be back to this location in the future.
