I haven't gotten my glasses yet so now, I can only rate the office and staff. The waiting room, glasses area, hallway and exam rooms are clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff are kind, possess a sense of humor and seem competent in their positions. Dr. Webb is the kind of care giver all doctors SHOULD be. Gives respect, and answers any and all questions without acting like you should know or your to dumb to understand. He also has a sense of humor, cool personality and isn't hard to look at. Unless my glasses are garbage and they don't honor the warranty I bought I'm going to say, best experience in any optometrist office I've had!

We have been going here 5+ years love Dr. WEBBER HES GREAT WITH KIDS TOO ! OPTICAL SIDE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A LITTLE PUSHY AND RUDE BUT AFTER OUR APPTS YESTERDAY WITH PARKER IT MAY BE TIME FOR A NEW SEARCH ! HE WAS SO RUDE. THE DR MADE A POINT TO SAY FINISHBTHE 3 M CONTACTS WE HAVE BEFORE ORDERING. AND PARKER MADE IT APPEAR AS IF WE HAD TO ORDER RIGHT THEN .. He ran my HSA card and sd it was declined I asked for paper stmt to pay later then made a point Announce if you don't pay it will go to collections and you will not be able to come back ! Umm I called HsA immediately they sd he canceled the transaction!!

I asked very clearly when booking my appointment, with a real person over the phone, if they were sure they took my insurance. She said yes and asked if I "wanted to come in tomorrow" so when I showed up the next day and gave them my ID and insurance card, and they told me my appointment was actually in 9 days, I went home disappointed and confused. Fast forward to today, the day of my appointment, they call and tell me they don't take my insurance and had to cancel my appointment. As an autistic person appointments are all encompassing for my day. They had so many opportunities to actually check if they took my insurance like I asked them to, and failed to tell me until right before my appointment. Incredibly disappointing and surprisingly unprofessional.

The office and staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and offered no judgement for my decade-long lapse in my corrective lens usage.

Dr. Webber is wonderful and took the time to explain details to me regarding my optomap images in relation to family history concerns. Grateful for him and this team!

Great customer service, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses was super kind and patient with me. I look forward to my new glasses!

In this review, I will highlight the positive aspects of Dr. Webber's exceptional patient care. However, I must address a concerning issue that has arisen. I am approaching the five-month mark for a new pair of glasses, which is the second time I have had to wait this long. While it is possible that the optical center is not directly responsible for this delay, as they do not physically manufacture the glasses, they are the primary point of contact, which is why I have given them a negative rating. Consequently, I will be compelled to seek a different optical center if I do not receive the glasses I have already paid for. UPDATE 10/31/25: Clarkson received the glasses ordered 5 months ago and the lenses are not cut properly and the new frames are scuffed/scratched (per the young lady whom I spoke with). Not sure if their lab got the prescription right this time either ... WILL THIS NIGHTMARE EVER END?!? Dr. Webber's exceptional patient care is undeniable, as evidenced by his five-star rating. However, the negative rating for the optical center has resulted in a single-star overall rating for the establishment.

From the front desk staff until the end of the process everyone made myself and my son extremely comfortable and not wanting to leave the location. Very professional and great customer service.
